Title:
SPEAKER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3746587
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive speaker that is easily manufactured by effectively interrupting thermal conduction between eyelets and a diaphragm.
SOLUTION: A contact 1 is formed to a diaphragm 2, a wire to conduct a signal current is connected to a voice coil via the contact 1, and a thermal foaming polymer resin layer 3 is formed to the entire face of the diaphragm 2 or around the contact 1 of the diaphragm 2. Through the configuration above, when the surrounding of the contact 1 reaches a prescribed temperature or over, the thermal foaming polymer resin layer 3 is foamed and a foamed carbide layer is formed around the contact 1. The foamed carbide layer insulates the heat from the contact layer 1 effectively.
