PURPOSE: To contrive to improve the input withstanding performance of a speaker and to rationalize the productivity by forming a magnet wire, a damper and a voice coil incorporatedly by a synthetic resin.

CONSTITUTION: A coil part 5a of a voice coil and a damper 4 are incorporated by injection molding processing by using a synthetic resin with excellent heat resistance and rigidity. The damper 4 and the coil part 5a are subjected to insert molding and the synthetic resin is molded, then the coil 5 and the damper 4 are bonded strongly to improve the input resistance performance of the speaker. Thus, the damper 4 and the voice coil 5 are incorporated to simplify the manufacturing process of the speaker and to attain rationalization.
