Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the strength exhibiting property of a special cement-based blend as well as to ensure a long flowability retention time by adding ultrarapid- hardening cement and a setting controlling agent to the blend.
CONSTITUTION: Portland cement is kneaded with water, aggregate and an admixture to obtain a cement-based blend. Ultrarapid-hardening cement is added to the blend by ≥25wt.% and a setting controlling agent for regulating setting time is further added by 1.5-2.0wt.% of the amt. of the ultrarapid-hardening cement.
