Abstract:
PURPOSE: To convert inputted video images and audio into the video images and the audio of pleasantly fascinating the sensibility of human in real time.
CONSTITUTION: A moving image decoder 8 outputs moving image signals to which a special effect is imparted by adding a change to an expansion processing operation at the time of expansion-processing a moving image bit stream. A quantization matrix supply part 11 supplies different quantization matrixes to the moving image decoder 8 and adds the change to the expansion processing operation. A magnification/reduction control part 12 controls magnification and reduction in real time corresponding to amplitude output detected by an amplitude detector 14 for detecting the amplitude of audio signals decoded in an audio decoder 13.
