Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a special shaped cross section tube excellent in strength.
CONSTITUTION: A special shaped cross section tube is formed so that inside tube stocks 11, 21 forming an outer shell with alternately repeating a recessed part 12 and projecting part 13 on peripheral direction, a reinforcing member 15, which has a supporting part 16 radially spreading from the center of tube stocks 11, 21 in radial direction and a butting piece 17 inscribed to the projecting part 13 formed on the tip of the supporting part 16, are fitted in and mounted. Also, it is preferable that a protrusion 22 to prevent separation of the butting piece 17 of the reinforcing member 15 is formed.
