Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an increase in a specific resistance value of a liquid to be supplied with a simple configuration even when the liquid is a low flow rate.SOLUTION: A liquid L and adjustment gas G are supplied to a hollow fiber membrane module 2 from a liquid supply pipe 3 and a gas supply pipe 5, the liquid L in which the adjustment gas G is dissolved is discharged from the hollow fiber membrane module 2 to a first liquid discharge pipe 41, and the discharged liquid L and the liquid L bypassed through the hollow fiber membrane module 2 by a bypass tube 6 are merged by a merging device 8 and are discharged to the second liquid discharge pipe 42. The merging device 8 has a first flow channel 81 which is connected to the bypass tube 6 and the second liquid discharge pipe 42 and has a diaphragm portion 81a having a smaller flow channel diameter than that of the bypass tube 6, and a second flow channel 82 connected to the first liquid discharge pipe 41 and the diaphragm portion 81a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
