Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously and automatically execute the specified lengths cutting of a flexible reel material.
SOLUTION: The reel material 1 existing in the end part 2e of a reel stocker 2 is held with a pair of claw part 13a. The claw part 13a is moved, the reel material 1 is taken out of the reel stocker 2 and positioned in the guide part 17b of a long sized guide groove forming member 17. The reel material 1 positioning in the guide part 17b is cut with a cutting blade edge 19, the claw part 13a held the end part 1a of the reel material 1 is retreated from the upper part of the guide groove forming member 17, at the same time, the reel material 1 on the guide part 17b is intermittently fed to the side of the cutting blade edge 19 with a prescribed size by a specified length feeding device, and the reel material 1 intermittently fed is cut into a prescribed size with the cutting blade edge 19. And the reel piece cut into a prescribed size is carried out of the guide groove forming member 17 to a carrying out device 20.
