A managing computer concentratedly receives monitoring information such as images of monitoring regions and distributes the information to corresponding users. According to this system, the managing computer transmits the monitoring information one after another to a previously registered information terminal from which the user has given a transmit request or to a readable server. Hence, if needed, the user can early directly acquire the monitoring information such as images of monitoring regions or by reading own mails, etc.
