The rear surface supporting plate 3 is provided with the spectacle supporting body 4 formed as a fitting type clip which makes the spectacles freely attachable and detachable. Elastic materials 5, such as rubber or sponge, are fixed inward or outward of the inside surface of this supporting body 4 or the elastic material 5 may be fixed to either one thereof and a soft material, such as felt, may be fixed to the other. As a result, the vertical sliding and shaking of the spectacles when the spectacles are anchored are prevented and the stable support is obtd. This catch is easily fittable to the part A of the right temple 8 and the spectacles are easily made freely attachable and detachable by a single hand operation. The easy carrying of the spectacles is made possible as well.
