To provide a simple implement which allows a user to hold and safely carry spectacles in a chest pocket and to remove and insert the spectacles with one hand.

A spectacle holding plate to be put in the chest pocket is provided with a clip for fixing it to the chest pocket on the upper end. On the side face upper part on the opposite surface of the clip, a clamp plate for clamping the spectacles by the holding plate and a cushion are provided. Near the opposite side of the same surface as the clamp plate, a partition plate for inserting a pen is provided. On the clip surface lower part of the holding plate, a raising plate adaptable to a deep pocket is provided.
