Abstract:
To provide a spectacle lens, which can reduce stress on eyes caused by blue light and is comfortable to wear.SOLUTION: A spectacle lens includes a lens substrate, a multilayer film positioned on one surface of the lens substrate, and a multilayer film positioned on the other surface of the lens substrate. An average reflectance in a wavelength region of 380 to 500 nm measured at least on one surface of the spectacle lens is 10.00% or more, and a reflectance measured at least on one surface of the spectacle lens is 5.00% or less in an entire range of a wavelength region of 400 to 780 nm.SELECTED DRAWING: None
