Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rim shape that reproduces the forward inclining angles of the rims when the spectacles are worn.SOLUTION: In a spectacles frame shape measuring device that measures the rim shape by inserting probes into the grooves of the rims of a spectacles frame held by frame holding means, the frame holding means is rim holding means that holds the left and right rims of the spectacles frame in a way permitting alteration of the forward inclining angles of the spectacles frame. The device is further equipped with temples holding means that so holds the left and right temples of the spectacles frame as to regulate the forward inclining angles of the rims held by the rim holding means in an intended state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
