Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent a lowering of measuring accuracy, even if an error occurs at a distance between sample and an optical system, in the occasion measuring the sample of a small measured area.
CONSTITUTION: In a beam expander 20, the light reflected from a sample 12 is collimated and received on the entry side of a collimated-light-receiving lens 14 in a spectrocolorimeter 10, and the beam diameter is expanded to the light-receiving diameter of the lens 14, and the expanded beam is received on the lens 14. Consequently, the measurement is accurately carried out without reference to a distance between the optical system and the sample 12.
