Abstract:
To provide a spectral analysis method capable of measuring an accurate concentration even in a case where it is difficult to perform maintenance of a measurement probe frequently.SOLUTION: A spectroscopic analysis method according to one embodiment comprises: when the optical path length of light passing through liquid to be analyzed is a first optical path length and a second optical path length different from the first optical path length, measuring the intensity of the light passing through the liquid; then, calculating a first absorbance at the time when the optical path length is the first optical path length and the second absorbance at the time when the optical path length is the second optical path length; and calculating the concentration of a component to be analyzed in the liquid based on the calculated first absorbance and second absorbance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
