To provide a speech output device for a deaf-mute, which is not only easy to carry the device but also can be fitted to an inconspicuous position of a body, has few number of keys, and can be simply operated according to the arrangement and movement of fingers without looking at a keyboard, thereby hardly causing a time lag until utterance, so that a speech disabled person can enjoy conversation freely and naturally; and to provide the speech output device for a deaf-mute, which can freely select words or sentences which have the same sound but have different accents or intonations with an operation then and there and can utter them in real time.

The voice output device for the deaf-mute comprises: a right-hand board; a left-hand board; a plurality of keys arranged on tip areas of fingers in such a state that right hand and left hand are put on the respective boards; and a speech output part which outputs a speech depending on combination of depression of the keys.
