A user terminal 1 is provided with a speech recognition request condition obtaining section 14 which obtains the speech recognition request condition and transmits the speech recognition request condition to a speech recognition server 2. The speech recognition server 2 is provided with a speech recognition execution condition setting section 24 which sets the execution condition of a speech recognition process based on the speech recognition request condition received from the user terminal 1.
