Abstract:
To provide a speech terminal using a portable memory for realizing a portable memory speech operation by an office power source, without requiring a commercial power source or secondary battery, and a method for saving energy.
This device is provided with an IC card reader 22 for detecting plural noncontact type IC cards using weak radio waves overlapped and inserted in a batch into a card inserting and pulling-out port 21, a signal transmitting part 23 for transmitting a reading signal from the IC card reader 22 to a public telephone line L, and an information storage part 24 set; so that data can be transmitted via the public telephone line L for storing the IC card information.
