Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speech time warning device that predicts and warns a speech propriety discrimination and a speech available time at a current position in response to an obstacle on a path and a radio wave state for the mobile vehicle provided with the telephone set.
SOLUTION: During guidance of a path to a destination, current position calculated by a GPS function, electric field strength distribution information and map information are referenced and a time is subtracted from a maximum speech time depending on at which position the mobile vehicle is resident in a speech area of the current position. Within a range of a distance at which the vehicle is driven at a mean vehicle speed by the calculated time, a required time Q up to an obstacle closest is calculated and a display of it that occurrence of a speech fault within Q minutes is made to a display device 8 and a voice output of it is given to a speech line of a portable telephone set (not shown) so as to inform it to a speech opposite party.
