Abstract:
PURPOSE:To attain the speed control of machinery by superimposing a repetitive compensating signal on a compensation signal so as to conduct speed control of the machinery and decrementing a deviation while the machinery is repeated. CONSTITUTION:A comparator 2 inputs a speed command Vr and a machine speed V, outputs the deviation E, which is inputted to a repetitive compensator 1 and a compensating device 3. The compensating device 1 produces the repetitive compensating signal Ic from the deviation E in the preceding operation, the compensating device 3 produces a compensating signal Ic in one period of the repetitive operation and an adder 4 superimposes the signal Ic on the signal Ic. An output of the adder 4 is inputted to a current controller 5, a control signal is extracted from the controller 5, this current drives a motor 5', which gives a torque TM to a machinery. If an external disturbance TD is applied to the machinery, the machinery is driven with a torque of TM-TD and its speed becomes the V. The system is so constituted that the deviation is decreased during the repetitive operation of the machinery.
