Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce the variation in the torque at the position and to decrease the variation in the speed by varying an armature current by the waveform near a sinusoidal wave in response to the position of a rotor. CONSTITUTION:Outputs 23a, 23b of an incremental encoder 23 for detecting the position are input through a pulse converter 24 to a position counter 25. When a current command 26b is output from a control amplifier 26, a counter 27 is reset by the rise of the output 22u of an absolute type encoder 22 for converting the phase, counts the pulses of the outputs 24a, 24b of the converter 24, and detects the position in one revolution of a motor 21. This output value is converted by a conversion table 28 for converting the output value to a value based on a sinusoidal wave curve to obtain three multipliers 29u, 29v, 29w. This value is multiplied by multipliers 29u, 29v, 29w by a current command 26b to produce current commands 29au, 29av, 29aw of the respective phases.
