Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speed increasing gear which achieves smooth driving while inhibiting enlargement, and to provide a centrifugal compressor including the speed increasing gear.SOLUTION: A speed increasing gear 14 includes: a ring part 62 which rotates in conjunction with rotation of a low speed side shaft 11; a high speed side shaft 12 disposed at the inner side of the ring part 62; and a first roller 71 provided between the ring part 62 and the high speed side shaft 12 and contacting with the ring part 62 and the high speed side shaft 12. An oil pump 100 having an inner rotor 101 and an outer rotor 102 which rotate in conjunction with the rotation of the first roller 71 is attached to the first roller 71.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
