Abstract:
To provide a spherical body structure and a method of producing the same.SOLUTION: A spherical body structure comprises: an inner layer; a plurality of ball skins provided on the inner layer, with a groove being formed between adjacent two ball skins and the inner layer; and a rib which is fitted into the groove and includes first and second layers, the first layer being connected to and supported by the second layer and having a hardness different from that of the second layer, and the rib being connected to adjacent two ball skins. By providing the rib having a different hardness, an effect of supporting the spherical body can be achieved. In addition, a pattern of a rib film layer and a pattern of the ball skin match each other, thus forming a continuous pattern.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3B
