Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method for manufacturing a hollow spherule made of a synthetic substance, the spherule made by the manufacturing method and application of the spherule as an intermediate product to a final product.
CONSTITUTION: A free ball 12 having base film is produced by mixing 100 a liquid coating composition 20, which comprises aqueous solvent 21, water-soluble resin 22 and anti-agglomerant additive 23, and a degradable consumable core body 11 and by drying 200 the coated core body. The ball is mixed with a liquid covering matter 30, which comprises a synthetic base product 31 and, if necessary, an ancillary product 32. Then the ball is mixed with an ancillary anti-adhesive agent 33 and the coated ball is dried 400 to obtain a free ball construction 13 having a covering layer. The free ball is dried 500 by stove so that the covering layer is cured and the core body is degraded to become a hollow spjerule 10. This procedure is applied for producing an intermediate product, especially, for producing an energy absorbing body.
