Title:
SPIKE-ATTACHING STRUCTURE FOR SHOE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3089059
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reduce a thrusting-up sense at a spike-mounting place owing to reaction at the time when a shoe is treaded in, by a method wherein each of bent parts on a spike is formed in an inclined position and is allowed to intersect with a mounting plate part and a plate-shaped catch part, and an elastic cushion member is placed between a mounting surface member on an outsole and the mounting plate part for the spike.
CONSTITUTION: For a metallic spike 4, both a mounting plate part 4A being brought into contact with a smooth plane mounting surface member 5 which is formed on a bottom surface 1a of an outsole 1 along the direction of the width of the bottom surface la, and a pair of plate-shaped catch parts 4B formed by being bent toward the lower surface side at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the mounting plate part 4A are provided. The spike 4 is tightened on the outsole 1 through nut members 8 and machine screws 9 and is fixed thereto. Each of bent parts 4C for the spike is formed in an inclined position and is allowed to intersect with the mounting plate part 4A and the plate-shaped catch part 4B, and an elastic cushion member 10 having each inclined receiving-surface 10a which is brought into contact with the outer surface of the bent part 4C in the inclined position, is placed between the mounting surface member 5 on the outsole 1 and the mounting plate part 4A for the spike 4.
