The lead wire constituting the coil is wound around the outside core portion 421A. The inside core portion 426A is disposed radially inside the outside core portion 421A. A positioning portion 70A is provided on the inside core portion 426A at a position radially outside the outer peripheral surface of the hub and radially inside the coil. The width of the positioning portion 70A in the circumferential direction is set to be larger than the width of the outside core portion 421A in the circumferential direction.
