Abstract:
To stabilize electric connection.SOLUTION: A spindle motor comprises: a base part including a base plate on which a through hole is formed; and a bearing mechanism having a shape of a roughly annular body and extending in an axial direction. The bearing mechanism comprises: a movable part; and a fixed part. The fixed part of the bearing mechanism has: an end surface on one end side in the axial direction; and an outer peripheral surface. The fixed part is fitted into the through hole via adhesives, and a part of the end surface on the one end side comes in direct contact with a part of the base part in the axial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
