Abstract:
To provide a spinneret pack for melt spinning capable of reducing the incidence of thin yarn while securing sealability against leakage of molten polymer.
This spinneret pack for melt spinning comprises at least two wire nets 4a and 4b having mutually different mesh sizes of sieve opening between a spinneret plate and a pressure plate inserted into the bottom of a pack case with laying the wire net 4b of the larger sieve opening downward. At least the two wire nets 4a and 4b are mutually welded 11 and the welded wire nets are dropped inside a sealing ring 5 held between the outer peripheral parts of the spinneret plate and the pressure plate.
