PURPOSE: To obtain strong yarn having uniform fiber direction and uniformity, by making the center line of a fiber feed path between an opening part and a yarn-forming part make an acute angle with a yarn pulling direction and setting a nozzle in the interior of the fiber feed path.
CONSTITUTION: The center line of the fiber path 16 to feed opened fibers from the opening roller 19 to a yarn-forming part at the outer periphery of a pair of the twisting rollers 10 and 12 is let to make the acute angle α with the direction of yarn pulled from the yarn-forming part. The nozzle 17 is set in the interior of the fiber path 16, opened fibers together with an air flow are passed through the nozzle and compressed air is jetted from the outer periphery of the nozzle 17 in the longer direction of the interior of the fiber feed duct 15.
