A space 25 which is used for removing foreign matters such as flied fibers or slush and closed on a work for inserting a seed yarn is disposed between a spindle 16 attached to the spindle-supporting block 17 of a spindle member S and an outside pipe member 18 having a filter 17. The foreign matters are discharged out from a space 27 between the spindle member S and a nozzle member N for generating a revolved air flow through a penetrated hole 26 connected to a source for supplying suction air.
