Title:
SPINNING MACHINE HAVING LOOSENED YARN-TIGHTENING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3888319
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a yarn from being broken by pulling by the increase of the yarn tension when winding the yarn on a loosened yarn-tightening roller at piecing operation.
SOLUTION: A threading member 22 is arranged at a position where the member 22 is engaged with the yarn in the shortest passage of the yarn between an upstream-side guide 23 and a downstream-side guide 36 arranged in the upstream side and the downstream side of the loosened yarn-tightening roller 21, and a yarn-moving means for moving the yarn from the shortest passage to a passage at which the yarn can not be engaged with the threading member 22 is constituted of the upstream side guide 23. When carrying out the piecing operation, the yarn is held at the position at which the yarn comes off from the shortest passage and does not engage with the threading member 22 before starting the piecing, and the yarn is moved to the shortest passage position to engage the yarn with the threading member 22 just before carrying out the piecing operation. As a result, the direction of the action for engaging the yarn with the threading member 22 does not accompany the increase of the yarn tension, and the yarn break by the pulling at the piecing is precisely prevented.
