Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve a vibration-proof characteristic as well as to make low- speed operation achievable by installing a supporting means being free of detachment from the tip of a bobbin holder existing in a winding position, in this spinning winder which installed two bobbin holders in a turret plate being free of turning.
CONSTITUTION: A portal frame 20 is erected in a tip 2A of the bottom part of a body frame, and a supporter 21 is installed tight in this portal frame 20. This supporter 21 separates from a bobbin holder 5 at a winding position (a) at the time of high-speed winding, and this bobbin holder 5 is in a state of being cantilevered. On the other hand, at the time of low winding, the supporter 21 is engaged with the bobbin holder 5 at the winding position (a), whereby this bobbin holder 5 is in a state of being centered in balance. When it operates at a low-speed operating area B and comes to a yarn changing time, the supporter 21 temporarily separates from the bobbin holder 5 at the winding position (a), and thereby a turrent plate 4 rotates as far as 180°, and if a bobbin holder 6 provided with an empty bobbin B arrives at the winding position (a), it is reengaged with the bobbin holder 5 reached to this winding position (a).
