Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the frequency to change a tip for a fin.
SOLUTION: A tip 19 of a tube brought in contact with the external circumference of a tube 15 transferred while rotating is attached fixedly to a shoe 18 for a tube on one side, a fin shoes 28 attached with a tip 29 for a fin is installed freely sliding on a 2nd moving block 23 and the long size tip 29 is energized to the fin 21 through an air cylinder 33 together with the shoes 28.
