Abstract:

To provide novel compounds and pharmaceutical compositions thereof for adjusting functions of NMDA receptors, which are thought to be involved in central nervous system disorders and higher cognitive functions such as memory and learning, where such compounds can be used in treatment of conditions such as depression and related disorders.SOLUTION: The present disclosure provides a compound represented by the formula in the figure, or a salt and/or a stereoisomer thereof. In the formula, X and Y are independently NR1 or CR2R2, one of X and Y is NR1, and R1 to R9 represent H, C1-C6 alkyl, or the like.SELECTED DRAWING: None
