Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spit-roasting device capable of being attached to a barbecue stove easily and being adjusted in degree of exposing to fire.SOLUTION: A spit-roasting device includes a J-shaped bolt 3 for fixing it to a side wall of a barbecue stove in a hollow body 11 joined with an attaching plate 2, and is constituted of a guide pipe 5 including a tube 6 for being inserted with a spit 13, and a plate A12 having an arc slit 10 provided for adjusting an inclination angle of the spit.
