PURPOSE: To raise the cooling capacity by extending circular sidewalls aslant so that they may spread downward right and left from a top wall, and demarcating bifurcate feet at their bottom hems, and besides, forming circular holes at the top wall, and also, making the vertical height of the main body half or over the inside dimension of the foot.
CONSTITUTION: A splash bar 32, which has a top wall 36 without holes, circular sidewalls 38 and 40, and bifurcate foot sections 42 and 44, is made integrally of polyvinyl chloride. These sidewalls 38 and 40 are made to spread downward and besides outward, and are provided with circular holes 50. Moreover, each foot section 42 and 44 is made in bifurcate form by inside and outside vertical walls 46 and 48. Moreover, a rib 37 for piling and reinforcement is projected pendently from the top wall 36. Then, the vertical height Y of the splash bar 32 in condition that it stands with feet 42 and 44 is set to half or over the dimension 2x between the inside and outside walls 46 and 46 of each of the feet 42 and 44. What is more, the net opening area of the hole 50 is set to about 20-400%. Hereby, the optimum moisture dispersion property of the splash bar 32 can be obtained, which increases the cooling capacity.
