Abstract:

PURPOSE: To form an excellent cut surface by preventing a raw rubber sheet from being put in a press-cut condition at cut start time when the raw rubber sheet is cut in the width direction by using an inexpensive blade edge.

CONSTITUTION: A splicer device has a blade edge 10 to cut a raw rubber sheet (a), a travel means 11 to make the blade edge 10 travel in the width direction of the raw rubber sheet (a) and a slide means 12 to move slidingly the blade edge 10 made to travel in the width direction of the raw rubber sheet (a) by the travel means 11 in the rake angle direction at least when the blade edge 10 starts to cut the raw rubber sheet (a).
