PURPOSE: To provide the title spoon net measuring the weight of caught fishes without enfeebling them and also without restriction due to their activity, fitted with a weight-measuring device sensing the weight of said fishes and averaging the results to represent the final result as a weight value on e.g., the joint between a handgrip and a net.

CONSTITUTION: A weight-measuring device 2 so designed that a load-receiving member 10 is fixed in an outer frame 4, and when a weight sensor 7 comes into contact with said member 10 according to the displacement of a cylinder 6, a weight value is transmitted to a circuit where the signals received are integrated for several seconds and put to averaging treatment, the result given on a display 5 fitted into a part of the outer frame 4, is connected to a net 1 with a female screw 9 and to a handgrip 3 with a male screw 8, thus obtaining the objective spoon net.
