Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide running with a high degree of safety and to avoid the accident or injury of a runner by providing a substrate with one or two grip bars fixed on the substrate as a swing supporter or direction change supporter and inclining the substrate through a grip bar. CONSTITUTION: A substrate 2 is formed from two pipe-shaped profile elements 11 and 12 mutually arranged at an interval on their sides, and the profile elements are held together by fastening members 13 and 14. Caps 17 made of rubber or any other elastic material are attached for preventing shock at both the ends of profile elements. The user of such an athletic instrument 1 can perform driving operation not only by grasping a swing rod but also by moving his weight through the swing pole, and handling is made extremely easy and safe. Concerning the athletic instrument 61, the swing poles are provided while being paired at the front part and rear part of the substrate 62, running wheels 65, 65', 67 and 67' are provided and especially, running stability on the road is improved.
