Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the system for washing a corn and shake manufacturing machine on the field for opening and closing a distribution valve for many times by the valve opening/closing signals of a control means and intermittently discharging rinsing/processing liquid from a fluid product supply means through the distribution valve. CONSTITUTION: A controller 50 generates a water switch and opens a valve 42, a flow meter 44 generates pulses for each prescribed amount of water made to flow into a tank 40 and the controller 50 counts the flow rate pulses. Pumps 52 and 54 discharge a detergent and a disinfectant into the tank 40, the density of fluid inside the tank 40 is fed back to the controller 50 by a conductivity probe 64 and the density is controlled. The contents of the tank 40 are discharged to a syrup line 90 and a corn pressure line 32 by the pumps 80-88 and product pumps 30 and 36 are connected to the tank 40 by tubes 70 and 72.
