When a predetermined amount of powder is supplied into a continuous package 25 from a powder supply pipe 2 and a product is manufactured by providing a horizontal seal with horizontal sealing equipment 24, a blower pump 14 is driven to act suction on a supply part outer pipe 4 through a primary reclaim tank 10. By this, the scattered powder around the supply pipe 2 is sucked into the primary reclaim tank 10 together with the air around and a little heavier powder of the powder sucked is separated from the air and is stored in a tank 30. The absorbed air passing through a filter 11 is introduced into a separating tank 15 through an introduction pipe 13, and here the powder is separated and dropped by centrifugal action created by injection in a tangential direction and is reclaimed to be refilled from a receiving tank 28 into a storage tank 21.
