To enable spraying of washing liquid in a container without inconvenience and to enable spraying of almost all the washing liquid therein even when the washing liquid is reduced or the container is inverted.

A through hole for a weight 6 is fitted in the lower end part of a suction pipe 5 having flexibility and hung down into a container 1 having a spray head 2. The upper part projected from the weight 6 of a short suction port pipe having a stopper for preventing the fall-off of the weight 6 is inserted and fitted, and in one side part of a lower part 8b projected downward from the weight 6 of the suction port pipe, a notched suction hole 10 is formed. Furthermore, a thorn for preventing the fall-off and engaged with the inner surface of the suction pipe is formed outside the suction port pipe, and the suction pipe 5 is a bellows pipe or a pipe consisting of bellows parts 5a and non-bellows parts 5b.
