Abstract:
To provide a spray nozzle for vacuum freezing, capable of realizing a smooth flow of a raw material liquid, a freeze dryer, and a granulation method.SOLUTION: A spray nozzle 43 for vacuum freezing to inject a raw material liquid into a vacuum space for the droplets of a raw material liquid to self-freeze therein, comprises an inflow face that defines an inflow port of the raw material liquid, an injection face that defines an injection port of the raw material liquid, and an inner face of an injection hole that defines an injection hole 51 communicating the inflow port and the injection port. At least one of the inflow face and the injection face is an object face, and a region whereon a contact angle decreases from an object face in the direction of the inner face of the injection hole is provided in the surface constituted of the object face and the inner face of the injection hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
