Abstract:
To provide a spray pyrolysis apparatus enabling pyrolysis reaction to be fully progressed even when a spray amount is increased.SOLUTION: A spray pyrolysis apparatus 10 comprises: a spray device 3 spraying mist 2 of starting material solution into a pyrolysis furnace 1; a first combustion burner 3 which is provided on an upstream side in a flow direction of the mist 2 and dries the mist 2 by a combustion gas; a second combustion burner 5 which is provided in a side wall of the pyrolysis furnace 1 on a downstream side in the flow direction of the mist 2 and heats the dried mist 2 by the combustion gas; and an air curtain nozzle 7 forming an air curtain 6 in front of a combustion gas discharge hole of the second combustion burner 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
