To obtain a spraying agent capable of simply applying to a breeding requiring a quick hemostasis, a skin disease, a skin defect, etc., by containing a chitin having a hemostatic effect, an anti-inflammatory effect and a wound healing effect into an aerosol container.
This spraying agent is obtained by loading a chitin of a prescribed amount into an aerosol container under an aseptic condition together with various additives, and filling a propellant into the aerosol container through valve part thereof by compressing. The chitin is a poly-N-acetyl-D-gluocosamine or derivative thereof (e.g.; de-acetylated chitin or chitosan) obtained by treating for decalcifying, deproteinizing, etc., an external skeleton of crustaceans or Coleoptera, a shell of a cuttlefish or a cell wall of a fungus such as a mold or a mushroom with hydrochloric acid, caustic soda, etc. The mixing ratio of the chitin to the propellant is preferably (1:2)-(1:50) in weight ratio. As the propellant, e.g. dichlorodifluoroethane, propane, a liquefied petroleum gas, etc., are cited.
