Abstract:

To provide an arm robot for spray by which the operation load on a worker is reduced with the reduction of production cost.

The arm robot for spray is provided with a first bracket 1 pivoted to a base table freely rotatively, a first arm 2 pivoted to the bracket 1 to freely rise and fall, a second bracket 3 pivoted to the tip of the first arm 2 to freely rise and fall, a second arm 4 connected to the second bracket and a spray nozzle supporting arm 5 connected to the second bracket 3. The spray nozzle supporting arm 5 is provided with a spray nozzle supporting arm flexible part 50 connected to a second arm flexible part 41 to freely expand and contract and a spray nozzle supporting part 51 connected to the spray nozzle flexible part 50 to freely rotate in the arm axis direction. The tip of the second arm flexible part 41 is defined as a base point BP and the base point BP circularly moves on the same plane in the cross section of the inside of a tunnel.
