PURPOSE: To improve the workability and to reduce the cost by inserting a releasing agent spray nozzle of upper and lower part connection type into an opened die, lowering the nozzle, and spraying the releasing agent against the cavity surface by an upper nozzle and against a shot sleeve by a lower nozzle.

CONSTITUTION: After a movable die 4 and a fixed die 8 are opened, the pressure oil is fed to a spray cylinder body 20 and a spray elevating/lowering cylinder 26, and a pipe 36 is lowered to the upper position of the cavity surface 38, and a spray noble 32 for a shot sleeve is lowered to the lowest limit, and the releasing agent is sprayed against the cavity surface 38 and the inner circumferential surface of the shot sleeve 12. When the spraying of the releasing agent is completed, a rod 21 and a hollow rod 30 are retracted, and the movable die 4 and the fixed die 8 are closed to achieve the seaming. No separate spray devices need be provided on the inner circumferential surface of the cavity surface 38 of the die and the shot sleeve 12, and the accessory equipment can be dispensed with, the workability is improved, and the cost can be greatly reduced.
