Abstract:

To provide a spraying method where the compressive strength of a mortar hardened body on curing on site is ≥150 N/mm2, bending strength is ≥20 N/mm2, and a bending strength/compressive strength ratio is ≥1/9.

In the spraying method, ultra-high strength fiber-reinforced mortar obtained by kneading: a binder composed of cement, silica fume, coal gasification fly ash and gypsum each in a specified blending ratio; fine aggregate of 50 to 200 pts.mass to 100 pts.mass of the binder; fibers with a length of 5 to 30 mm in a 0.5 to 3 vol.% to 1 m3of mortar composed of the binder, the fine aggregate and water; and water, is fed under pressure by a pump, and is sprayed using compressed air so as to obtain a mortar hardened body. In the mortar hardened body, the compressive strength is ≥150 N/mm2, the bending strength is ≥20 N/mm2, and the bending strength/compressive strength ratio is ≥1/9. There is also provided an ultra-high strength fiber-reinforced mortar hardened body.
