Title:
SPRING MADE OF RESIN AND BELLOWS TYPE QUANTITATIVE PUMP USING THE SPRING
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3676890
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide strength approximately equal to that of a spring made of a metal by resin alone, to hold a given strength for a long period by suppressing lowering with the lapse of time of the strength, and improve quantitative ability of a bellows type quantitative pump.
SOLUTION: A belt-like sheet made of resin (PTFE) is folded in a zigzagging state along the longitudinal direction thereof with a curvature R of a given expansion state and formed such that the sides of adjoining folded parts 21a having a given curvature approach each other or make contact with each other. The folded part 21a having the given curvature is elastically expandly and conbtractingly constituted through heating holding and cooling. A so formed spring 20 made of resin (PTFE) is used as a spring for a check valve on the tip side of the deliver hole of a bellows type quantitative pump.
