To prevent the heavy feeling and misalignment of spectacles even if a front frame is sprung up by forming an outer front frame to a divided type and swiveling both right and left rims so as to spring up these rims upward from outer directions.
The front frame 1 consists of both rims 6, 6. These two rims 6, 6 are designed to be separated and to be sprung up by swiveling upward from the outer direction. The swiveling motions of both rims 6, 6 are always equal and the rims are eventually held in symmetrical positions. The turning shafts of the rims 6, 6 are disposed at the center of the inner front frame 2. Even more, the turning shafts have gears and both gears are intermeshed with each other. As a result, the spectacle frame is not swiveled to the forward side and are swiveled upward and lifted from both sides, and therefore, the failure of the spectacle frame does not arise by the sprung up outer front frame 1 acting as a hindrance.
