Abstract:
PURPOSE: To weld a spring easily and accurately by dividing positions of three of four springs to which respective pins of four skirt, parts of a panel part are fitted and simultaneously welding them to the skirt parts and then dividing position of the other the spring and welding it.
CONSTITUTION: Pins 505 of up, down, left and right respective skirts 503 of a panel part, 501 are fit into pin holes 307 of springs 3 attached to respective spring holders 111 of an aperture grille 1 and the grille 1 is fit in the panel part 501. Three springs 3 are simultaneously welded to The corresponding holders 111 by indexing their positions such that the pin holes 307 confirm to corresponding pins 505 of the panel part 501. Then, positions of the other spring holes 307 are divided and the spring 3 is welded with the three springs 3 conforming to the corresponding pins 505. The spring welding can be performed easily and securely by this method in which the four springs are not welded at the same time.
